Standard delivery is 3–5 business days to the UK and EU, 5–10 days internationally. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. All orders include tracking.
What does the 2-year guarantee cover? +
Everything. Manufacturing defects, material failure, zipper problems, foam degradation — if it fails to perform as intended, we replace or refund it. No asterisks, no fine print.
Can I return a product if I don't like it? +
Yes. If you're not happy within 60 days of receiving your order, return it for a full refund. The product must be in resaleable condition. We cover return shipping.
Are the covers machine washable? +
All Rocksnug covers are removable and machine washable at 40°C on a gentle cycle. The foam cores should not be submerged — spot clean only.
